Chao Min (闵超)

Chao Min works as Associate Professor in the School of Information Management at Nanjing University. My research interests mainly include science of science, network science and computational social science. I hold a doctor’s degree in management science from Nanjing University. I was a visiting scholar at the School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering in Indiana University Bloomington from 2016 to 2018. I am a member of the International Society for Scientometrics and Informetrics (ISSI) and a member of the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T).

I am on the Asia-Pacific Next Generation Committee of iSchools, a prestigious international organisation of information schools of more than 120 universities all over the world. In the term of 2019-2020, I served as the chair of ASIS&T Special Interest Group of Scientific and Technical Information (SIG-STI) and board officer of ASIS&T Asia Pacific Chapter.
